We address this priority through continuous training which includes daily, weekly, and quarterly “Safety Stand Downs.” TD&I empowers all of its employees to correct and address any safety situations regardless of their position within the company.


We have a zero tolerance policy on drug and alcohol use, and a pre-employment drug screen is required for all positions. 


TD&I follows state and federal Department of Transportation regulations to promote safe driving in the communities we serve, and all commercial drivers are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
