TD&I has been providing customers with reliable installation and maintenance services for its fiber optic network and structured cabling systems projects for 35+ years. Headquartered in Hudson, WI, we work with companies and organizations in Minnesota, Iowa, and beyond. Over the years we’ve been a trusted partner to many leading companies within the industry.

Our Roots

We are a family orientated telecommunication installation company that has been serving the Midwest since 1987. TD&I was originally founded by Tim and Debbie and in 2023 Tim & Debbie relinquished their day-to-day duties to the next generation of leaders at TD&I Cable Maintenance, LLC. Tim brings his vast experience of 40+ years in the telecommunication industry to TD&I's Board of Directors to ensure the continued success of the company.

TD&I puts emphasis on cross training our crews and developing expertise across various applications in telecom and critical infrastructure applications.

TD&I’s leadership team has 250+ years of collective industry experience in delivering high quality service to its customers. We have developed technically proficient operators capable of performing in the harshest environments.

TD&I as a whole operates with a 500+ employee labor base with highly diversified skillsets and is supported by 25+ highly qualified back-office individuals strategically located throughout our Midwest locations.
